今回のWeb lessonはアドレスについて話したいと思います。最初に覚えてもらいたいことは、どうやって美しくアドレスを作るか?です。
最初はスタンスの広さを肩幅に設定下さい。そしてクラブを背中に入れて、背骨を伸ばして胸をはりましょうね(^_−)−☆
次はクラブを横にしてベルトの下を当たって、後ろに引きながら倒しましょう。お尻はちょっと出ているはずですよ(^з^)-☆お尻が下に下がっちゃうのは注意です(^^)最後に膝を軽く曲げましょう。
あとは手を自然に下ろして、クラブを握って下さい。チェックポイントは肩と腰と膝と平行になるようにしましょう。
<ボールの位置>
スイングスタイルによって違うけれどセンターと左足の踵の中間に置きましょう。スタンスが広い人はセンター位置がお勧めします。バランスが弱い人は狭いスタンスをお勧めします。柔軟性によって、ワイドスタンスかナロースタンスかを選んで下さい。

Aloha everybody!!! It’s me again. Thanks for stopping by to read this new web lesson. I hope that you didn’t find the previous one to be too difficult. For this web lesson I wanted to introduce some basic points about the address.
For starters, the stance should be set just a little outside of the shoulders. Be careful to not set the stance too wide or too narrow since it may affect the ability of the body to turn. There are many ways to help straighten your posture but for now let’s place the club across the upper part of the back on your shoulder blades and rotate your waist back and forth 2-4 times to straighten your posture. Once you have done that let’s go and stick out that chest, just like you finished a 50 mile race.
While in that position, we want to take that club that you previously set in your back and hold it parallel right across your waist right below your belt buckle. While holding the club with one hand at the grip and the other at the shaft near the club head, you want to push back a little so your butt sticks out, a little. You should feel a slight tension in the lower part of the back. One point to keep in mind is that we don’t want this motion to be like you are going to sit in a chair but like you are slightly touching a wall behind you with your butt. Lastly we want to bend the knees slightly. While in that position, just let the arms hang naturally and grip the club (Grip web lesson).
Now that we have the stance set, let’s end with the ball position. For the ball position let’s place it within the area of the center of your body to the inside of your left shoe (for right-handers). Now you are set to go ahead and give it a shot.
The stance does depend on the flexibility and balance of the body. If you feel like you have bad balance let’s go and set the stance narrow and also depending on your flexibility you can choose to set your stance narrow or wide. Try both ways out and go with whatever you feel is comfortable. If there is anything about the address that I didn’t cover and you are wondering what to do. I hope to see you in a lesson!!!
